What is FSC in Pakistan?
FSC stands for Faculty of Science. It’s the same as the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) ,also known as intermediate in Pakistan. It is a combination of 11th and 12th classes, often named collectively. Students who have done matriculation in science subjects are only eligible for FSC. PRE-ENGINEERING:

According to the latest exam structure, the total marks of F.S.C. are 1200. With 7 subjects, including practical exams.

3. Pakistan Studies/ Islamiat: 50 marks
4. Tarjuma-tul-Quran: 100 marks

4. Mathematics (for non-Biology students): 100 marks

Documents Required for Admission in FSC :
Admission to FSC requires the fulfilment of certain conditions. The following list contains some common requirements for admission to FSC programs across all colleges in Pakistan:
- A copy of the Matric result card
- Also, a copy of the CNIC or B-form must be attached.
- A student should not be greater than 18 years.
- A copy of the parent’s CNIC is also necessary.
- Must attach the character certificate as well.
Admission Criteria for FSC:
First of all, you have to decide whether you have to choose premedical or preengineering. After deciding with full research and fields, you can take admission in any college.
Requirements for admission in F.S.C. are :
- Students must have done Matriculation with Science Subjects.
- Students must have 60% marks in Matric.
- Students who want to shift from O levels to F.S.C. must have a Matric equivalent certificate issued by IBCC.
